This is a 12 week program, which consists of 3x 4 week phases.
I highly recommend doing SERIOUS SIZE first, and then the SUPER SHRED program afterwards(if you lack a lot of muscle mass)... You will be one massive, yet lean block of a human after completing those 2 programs.
